– The final product specification, unit price, MOQ (minimum order quantity), packing standard and delivery time will be confirmed in our formal quotation.

3. Quotation, Sample and Order
– A quotation issued by us is not a binding contract. Formal sales contract is required before production.
– Sample cost and freight cost for samples shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– MOQ is different for different products, which will be marked in the quotation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be negotiated and confirmed by both parties before order. Common payment methods include T/T telegraphic transfer. We will not start mass production until receiving the agreed deposit.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time is estimated, subject to factory production schedule and logistics situation. We are not responsible for delays caused by international logistics, customs clearance, force majeure factors. Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, import tax and local import regulations of your country.
6. Intellectual Property
All pictures, texts, logos, design content on this website are the intellectual property of Hongtu Import & Export. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use our materials for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Prohibited Use
You shall not use this website for illegal activities, spam, fraud, malicious attack of our server.
